Do I need to download the app to book?
No. From a business's page you can see its services and prices and book directly, with no account or downloads. The app is optional for managing your appointments, points and wallet.
How does in-home massage work?
You choose the service, the time and your address (home or hotel). A verified, nearby therapist accepts your booking and comes to you. You can choose gender preference and add-ons.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is processed securely within the platform. Tips and your wallet credit are also built in.
I own a business — how do I start?
Sign up, tell us what you do (barbershop, hair, nails, spa, massage and more), set up your services and team, and share your booking link and QR on your website and Instagram. Barbers, stylists, nail techs and other trades get 45 days free; spas get 2 months free.
Do you charge a commission for new clients?
No. Your listing on the LotusBookings marketplace is included in your plan, and we take no commission on the clients who find you there — new or returning. You pay your monthly plan; card payments carry Stripe's processing fee.
I'm a massage therapist — how do I join?
Sign up, verify your license and insurance, and start receiving jobs near your area. You keep 70% plus tips and the distance surcharge.
