Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone to be able to find and book a service on LotusBookings, including people who use assistive technology.

1. Our commitment

LotusBookings LLC is committed to making its website and booking experience usable by as many people as possible, whatever their ability or the technology they use. Accessibility is part of how we build and review our pages.

2. The standard we aim for

Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines describe how to make web content easier to perceive, operate and understand for people with disabilities.

This is ongoing work. We do not claim that every page fully meets the standard today, and some parts of the site may not yet meet it.

3. What we work toward

  • Pages that can be used with a keyboard alone.
  • Text with enough contrast against its background, and text that can be enlarged without breaking the page.
  • Clear headings, labels and page structure that screen readers can follow.
  • Text alternatives for images that carry meaning.
  • Layouts that work on phones, tablets and computers.
  • Content in English and Spanish.

4. Where you may still find barriers

  • Content from businesses. Photos, descriptions and service names are uploaded by the independent businesses that list on LotusBookings, and may not always include good descriptions.
  • Tools from other companies. Some parts of the experience, such as payment forms and maps, are provided by third parties and are outside our full control.
  • Newer or older pages. Some pages may not have been reviewed yet.

5. How to report a barrier

If something on LotusBookings is hard to use, or you cannot complete a booking, please tell us. It helps if you include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology you were using.

Email: [email protected]

Phone / WhatsApp: +1 (757) 362-6575

We try to respond within 5 business days. If you need help booking in the meantime, contact us by either of those means and we will assist you.

6. Services at a business or in your home

The services you book are performed by independent businesses and professionals. Each one is responsible for the accessibility of its own location and service. If you have a specific need, we recommend contacting the business before your appointment; if you need help reaching them, write to us.

7. Updates to this statement

We will update this statement as our accessibility work progresses. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
