Copyright Policy
Last updated: October 2026
LotusBookings respects the work of photographers, artists and writers, and we ask the businesses and clients who use our marketplace to do the same.
1. Content on LotusBookings
Businesses and professionals upload the photos, logos and descriptions on their listings, and clients post reviews. Each of them is responsible for having the rights to what they post. LotusBookings LLC does not review every item before it appears.
If you believe something on LotusBookings copies your work without permission, you can send us a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), as described below.
2. What a copyright notice must include
To be valid, your written notice must contain all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or as a person authorized to act for the owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed (or a representative list, if there are several).
- The material you want removed and where it is on LotusBookings, with enough detail for us to find it. The page address (URL) is the best way.
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
3. Where to send it
Designated contact for copyright notices
Email: [email protected] — subject line: Copyright notice
Mail: LotusBookings LLC, Virginia, USA
Email is the fastest way to reach us. Please use this contact only for copyright matters; for anything else, see the contact details at the end of this page.
4. What happens after we receive a notice
- We review the notice. If something is missing, we may ask you to complete it.
- If the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material.
- We tell the business or client who posted it, and we may share your notice with them, including your contact information.
5. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that the material was misidentified, you can send us a counter-notice at the same contact. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any district in which LotusBookings may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
We will send a copy of a valid counter-notice to the person who filed the original notice. Unless that person tells us they have filed a court action about the material, we may restore it between 10 and 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice.
6. Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances we suspend or close the accounts, and remove the listings, of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
7. Please be accurate
Under the law, a person who knowingly makes a false statement in a notice or a counter-notice may be liable for damages. If you are not sure whether something infringes your rights, consider speaking with a lawyer before sending a notice.
This page is about copyright only. To report a review that breaks our rules, see How reviews work.

3. A dónde enviarlo
Correo: [email protected] — asunto: Copyright notice
Correo postal: LotusBookings LLC, Virginia, EE. UU.
